The pan-European press and analyst relations brief will start immediately, initially focusing on the UK.
Kaizo will target IT managers and other directors of medium and large businesses across the finance, retail and government sectors.
The agency, which won the account after a three-way pitch, will aim to differentiate Netcordia from other companies in the network management arena.
Yama Habibzai, Netcordia director of product marketing, said: ‘Kaizo will spearhead our communications outreach, help us to educate our key markets and offer on-the-ground support for our sales team.'
Netcordia was founded in 2000 and has offices in the US, UK and Japan.
The company opened its first British office in November 2006.
