Ahmed – who has been freelancing with the central London agency since November – will work alongside Richard Cook in the role.
Cook, who has been with 45-strong Kaizo for around two years, is handling B2C accounts, while Ahmed is focusing on B2B business. She hopes to specialise in advising companies on breaking into the European market via the UK.
Ahmed has recently worked at a number of agencies, including Write Image, Chameleon PR and Cognito PR. She previously spent more than a decade at Brodeur Worldwide (now Pleon).
Ahmed, who reports to CEO Crispin Manners, said: ‘I wanted to freelance at different agencies to increase my depth and breadth of experience. I love the people at Kaizo – this is what has made me stay.’
