Letter - Hilton is right to point out web shortfalls

Anthony Hilton as usual hits the nail on the head when he says PROs may be asleep at the wheel as web 2.0 thunders towards them - although he is perhaps a little unfair.

Most are aware of the potential impact of consumer-generated web content, and realise we cannot ignore blogs. We do have to roll up our sleeves and get down to our tags, pings, wikis, and threads.

The problem for many lies in knowing what to do about it - it's not easy to take a website out to lunch.
