The move follows founder Caraline Brown’s decision to take a back seat from the day-to-day running of the company and focus on staff training and recruitment as ‘chief talent officer’.
Brown set up the agency 12 years ago and remains majority shareholder.
Ogden joined Midnight in 2001, when she was responsible for setting up its Business Intelligence Unit – a competitor and marketplace information provider.
Sussex-based Midnight has 27 staff and a fee income of around £1.3m. Clients include Fujifilm.
