Poll: breast cancer campaign the 'best of 2006'

The Think Pink breast cancer campaign was the most positive 'PR story' of 2006, according to a poll commissioned by tech agency Rainier PR.

Research firm YouGov questioned nearly 3,000 people to compile the ranking.

The Breast Cancer Awareness campaign pipped Google Earth, Borat and David Cameron’s resurgent Conservative Party as the ‘best PR story of 2006’.

Heather Mills-McCartney’s bitter divorce battle with husband Sir Paul McCartney has apparently left t­he most negative impression on the public.
