HSD to plug sales-reps' training programme

HSD Communications is handling the launch campaign for an ‘interactive' computer-based staff training programme being targeted at pharma sales reps.

The Hertfordshire-based agency has landed a six-month contract to promote the programme - Achiiver - which has been designed by Hampshire-based start-up Achiive.

Agency MD Lesley Scott reports to Achiive MD Lorraine Willis on the brief.
The Achiiver programme motivates people by ‘equipping sales forces with the skills they need to succeed', said Scott.
Scott also advised Willis when the latter worked at pharma company Parke-Davis in the early 1990s.
Achiive has just three full-time staff and relies on a network of around 15 part-time training staff.
An undisclosed pharma company has used Achiiver with success in Monaco and Bangkok, said Scott.
