The agency has yet to launch officially, but speculation suggests the outfit will be called Winco, and will specialise in B2B comms.
Windeler told PRWeek that Winco was the name of her husband's business, with which she was ‘helping out'. She declined to comment further.
It is thought that the new consultancy may be a joint venture between Windeler and her husband, Henry Cohen, hence the Winco name.
Windeler stepped down from H&K earlier this year after more than 20 years with the WPP-owned agency(PRWeek, 24 February).
She oversaw around 250 staff in her position as CEO, and was replaced by Sally Costerton, previously head of EMEA technology at the firm.
