Exodus has carved a niche as a provider of holidays for ‘adventure-minded people' and organises trips to places as diverse as Kilimanjaro in Kenya, Machu Picchu in Peru and the Arctic and Antarctic circles.
But many of its destinations exist within fragile ecosystems and the firm is keen to promote itself as an ethical and responsible travel operator.
Exodus has also recently expanded its range of holiday products in a bid to appeal to a wider audience of holidaymakers.
McCluskey starts work on the brief this month. Part of its remit includes running trade campaigns in a bid to raise Exodus's profile in travel press.
The McCluskey team is being run by agency principal Judy McCluskey, group account director Susie de Carteret and director James Allen. They report to sales and marketing director Vicky Hawker.
Exodus hired Brando 18 months ago on a consumer lifestyle brief. The agency will now work with Exodus on a project basis.
The Saltmarsh Partnership and Beacon PR were on the final pitch shortlist for the new account.
