ROK-TV, which provides on-demand video and radio and TV channels to mobile-phone users worldwide, will also be working with Harvard's sister agency Bell Pottinger USA.
The brief, on both sides of the Atlantic, is to boost ROK-TV's profile among corporate and consumer audiences.
‘We are aiming to educate the market about the value and impact of free content services,' said Harvard director Charlotte West, who leads an eight-strong team.
