PiranhaKid now has just five staff - who also work on H&K accounts - down from 15 dedicated staff in 2004.
H&K practice head of consumer marketing Richard Millar said he was reviewing PiranhaKid's ‘proposition', but that its current incarnation was as a ‘project-based agency' focused on ‘experiential' work.
PiranhaKid's head, director Katie Rochester, is on maternity leave.
Up until May 2004 the agency was run by Jason Gallucci, now MD of Slice PR. When he left, control was assumed by directors Rebecca Rhodes, who joined Freud Communications as an associate board director this summer, and Bridget Jacottet, now at fashion agency Fearnhurst PR as a director.
Many former staff now work at Slam (WS's youth marketing arm) or Slice.
