Lexis to promote beer brand Leffe

InBev-owned speciality beer Leffe has hired its first significant PR support, with Lexis PR landing an account worth at least £100,000.

Lexis beat Shine Communications, Exposure and Hotwire PR to the UK brief.

Cow previously worked for Leffe as part of its retained relationship with sister brand Hoegaarden, which ended in 2005.

Leffe's profile as a beer brand for foodies was recently boosted by its sponsorship of last month's Time Out Eating & Drinking Awards.
