Hasgrove, which was formed in 2004, is speaking to financial PR companies about possible representation in the event of a listing.
‘We are acquisitive and we need to get money from somewhere, so it [an IPO] is an option,' said chief executive Rod Hyde.
Hasgrove currently owns Brussels-based PA shop Interel, and two Mancunian firms - integrated marketing agency Connectpoint and design agency The Chase.
Hasgrove deputy chair Rob McLoughlin has extensive experience in the PA arena, where Hasgrove is expected to make its next buy.
