BCC links up with fashion retailer

Breast Cancer Campaign has teamed up with boutique fashion brand M&Co, giving it access to the chain's mainly female customer base.

As well as selling the charity's sparkly pink jigsaw pins, ribbons and T-shirts, M&Co will promote the charity's work in-store and raise money through fundraising events, said BCC corporate and events media manager Sarah Davies.

The charity has recently completed its recruitment drive for comms staff. It has enlisted five employees in the past six months - four of them to newly created positions.

Former Ketchum account director Claire Learner completed the eight-strong team when she joined the charity in July as science media officer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
