The shootout included incumbent agency Marketforce Communications. Nasdaq-listed Docucorp handles billing and customer comms software for statements and bills.
Its core customer base includes banks and utility-providers, such as energy company Airtricity and Chubb Security.
Marketforce held the account for two years. Its director Julia Knight said: ‘An overall shift in PR strategy, from an issues-based campaign to focus more on case studies, prompted the change of agency.'
