Borkowski bags Cabaret

Theatre impresario Bill Kenwright is using Borkowski PR to promote his company's new production of 1930s Berlin musical Cabaret.

The big-budget show will go head-to-head with ‘The Rocky Horror Show' revival for the lion's share of West End audiences when it opens this October at London's Lyric Theatre.

Agency head Mark Borkowski said the campaign would ‘keep people guessing', and would avoid associations with the Oscar-winning 1972 film starring Liza Minnelli.

Showbiz gossip has linked Billie Piper and Martine McCutcheon to the show.
