The website of the eight-year-old agency, which was based in North London, has ceased to operate and its phone line is dead.
The news comes four months after founder Tracey Carey joined Resolute Communications (PRWeek, 3 March). At the time she said she was selling the three-strong firm to account director Claire Learner.
PRWeek has been unable to contact Learner, who is now believed to be working as a freelancer. Clients that Red Apple held at the time of its sale, according to Carey, included Philips Consumer (for its electronic toothbrush product Sonicare).
Positive Communications now handles dental professional media for Sonicare, while the bulk of the brand’s comms is with Manning Selvage & Lee.
