Inferno PR will run a B2B campaign across six European countries, including the UK, for the company, whose slogan is ‘empowering mobile workers’.
The task facing the agency, whose MD is Grant Currie, initially involves targeting logistics and engineering companies in order to generate brand awareness of Blackbay.
Blackbay currently works with companies such as Parcelforce Worldwide, Dyson and global logistics firm Exel.
‘We felt that we were at a crucial stage in our develop-ment and the time was right to embark upon a PR offensive,’ said Larry Klimczyk, MD of the company.
He added: ‘We have signed up Inferno for an initial six months and would hope to retain its services after that.’
