Burton’s Foods in consumer review

Burton’s Foods, the company behind brands including Jammie Dodgers and Wagon Wheels, is reviewing its UK consumer account.

After a year with Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster, Burton’s is believed to be in talks with around five agencies for an account worth up to £200,000. Biss Lancaster has been invited to repitch.

Burton’s hit the headlines last month when magistrates ruled that Cadbury’s Giant Fingers were too short for their packaging. The tin was found to contravene the Trade Descriptions Act. Burton’s was fined £5,000 after a customer complained.
