Blacks Leisure in agency review

Lee Publicity’s hold on its seven-year account for high-street outdoor gear retailer Blacks Leisure is under threat.

The chain has produced a shortlist of three agencies, with pitches to be staged next week.

The firm wants to have an agency in place by September. The group operates the Blacks Outdoor, Millets, FreeSpirit and O’Neill shops.

Blacks CEO Russell Hardy last month said the war on obesity would help leisure retailers.
