Start-up local agency Turquoise PR will promote the ways in which VoIP technology can enable ‘flexible working’ for small businesses, sole traders, freelancers and people who work from home.
The product being promoted is called VoIP Traders.
The B2B campaign will suggest that, while large firms benefit from switching from traditional phonelines to internet-based phone systems, many smaller businesses are missing out.
Enterprises that use volunteers, and people who conduct businesses from second homes abroad, will also be targeted.
‘The focus will be on the benefits, rather than the technology itself,’ said Turquoise account director Pauline Rawsterne, who set up the agency six months ago.
