Bite restructures business units

Bite Communications is abandoning its separate B2B and B2C divisions in favour of a more fluid agency structure dictated, it says, by client demand.

MD David Hargreaves said Bite had been guilty of ‘forcing its internal structure onto clients’, and that the revamp was also in response to the increasingly consumer-led nature of technology.

The move sees fresh roles for directors Rachel Bachmann and Paul MacKender.

Former head of B2B MacKender will take responsibility for new business and account planning, while Bachmann, who was previously in charge of B2C, will take charge of client service and marketing.
