Jack exits Trimedia for dairy post

Trimedia Communications’ Scottish chief Graeme Jack is to join Robert Wiseman Dairies in the newly created role of comms director.

Jack, who helped set up Trimedia’s Scotland arm in 2001 with the title of UK regions MD, has represented the milk producer for those five years. ‘Having helped set the Trimedia office in September 2001, it felt like the time to move on to a new challenge,’ he said.

Before 2001, Jack spent ten years as a director at Weber Shandwick Scotland.

Trimedia’s Edinburgh-based director Nicky Hawkins will replace him in the post of Scotland MD from 1 July, taking on additional control for the Glasgow office.

Hawkins reports to Trimedia UK chief executive Vickki Stace.

As well as Robert Wiseman, the agency’s clients in Scotland include Ernst & Young, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and the John Lewis Partnership.

Trimedia International chief executive Michael Murphy said it would be making ‘significant new hires’ in the coming weeks.

The agency’s Scottish operation reported annual growth of 30 per cent in 2005.

Robert Wiseman sold 1.4bn litres of milk last year in the UK.
