NRPR to promote aftercare market

Computer aftercare firm iCare has brought in its first PR agency.

NRPR – the offshoot of London-based celebrity specialist Neil Reading PR  – has been tasked with raising awareness of the aftercare market. It will also promote iCare's protection-plan products for Mac and PC users.

One such product has a £240 annual cost, for which users receive unlimited telephone IT support.

NRPR's campaign will concentrate on the cost benefits and user-friendliness of iCare's service.

Agency director Alaine Biggs said: 'This means that the team will help you through any IT difficulty, whether you've forgotten how to "cut and paste" in a document or have a full computer breakdown.'

Biggs leads the account, reporting to iCare founding directors Martin Pittaway and Linda Sharp. The agency was invited to pitch for the business last month.
