The COI estimates that it will see at least £2.5m spent on the rostered agencies over the next year. Existing deals include the RAF's sponsorship of the England Basketball team, designed to boost awareness of its career opportunities among young people.
Learndirect, meanwhile, is sponsoring special supplements in The Sun to highlight its courses.
Sponsorship and partnership marketing previously used a single roster, but increased activity in both disciplines prompted the COI to separate them. A partnership marketing roster was drawn up in January, said head of sponsorship Daphne De Souza.
'The sponsorship roster, meanwhile, covers traditional media opportunities such as TV, radio, digital and press,' she added.
