Parkes spent six years at Fox Parrack Hirsch until December 2005. It went into administration before being bought by French agency Fingapour and renamed Fox Parrack Fingapour, although the PR division closed (PRWeek, 9 Dec 2005).
Six-strong Lighthouse was bought by Rainier PR last year. Its fee income was around £500,000 in 2005.
Gough will work four days a week as a non-executive director, and is setting up his own business.
