A shortlist of 50 CEOs will be drawn up by the end of April. Their coverage will be monitored, with monthly results and commentary available in PRWeek.
Following the selection of the top 15 communicators, an expert judging panel will select a winner.
The award aims to demonstrate the importance of PR in building corporate reputation, and its effect on profitability. Past winners include easyJet founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou and Burberry chief executive Rose Marie Bravo .
