Kaizo in blue-chip job for Rackspace

Web hoster Rackspace is aiming to attract more blue-chip companies in Europe via a B2B campaign.

Kaizo picked up the European account after a four-way pitch that also included Portfolio Communications, which has handled UK comms for the past five years.

Rackspace, which offers managed web hosting for companies using Windows or Linux, plans to target e-commerce providers such as Amazon, as well as supermarkets and big retailers.

Current clients include Renault and the British Army.

Kaizo board director Paul Smith oversees the account, reporting to Rackspace marketing director Fabio Torlini.
