Letter - PROs, a high-res pic means a high-res pic

Until there is improvement from most of the PR industry, journalists will continue to rant about PROs' failure to understand their needs ('New media confusion and old media gripes,' 3 March).

One of the biggest complaints I hear is about PROs who don't understand that when journalists ask for a high-res picture, now, they need a high-res picture, now.

PROs must understand the tools and technologies available that allow them to do the basics of their job well, before venturing out into the world of converged media.
