Shell Helix readies 'rejuvenate' drive

Shell UK’s oil brand Shell Helix has appointed Blue Rubicon to promote it as rejuvenating for engines.

The new PR campaign – 'Time For a Change' – will target trade and consumer media around events including the British Grand Prix.

Previous incumbent Band & Brown Communications was appointed to the account last June (PRWeek, 10 June 2005). Blue Rubicon won the new brief after a three-way pitch. Fees are undisclosed.

However, B&B recently won an account for Shell's lubricant Rating Solution  and continues to work on air freshener Auto Expressions.

Blue Rubicon worked with Shell Helix on an international level at the end of last year.
