WS loses Moore's services to Lowe

Weber Shandwick Europe’s strategy and creative chief Bert Moore has quit for a global strategic role at sister advertising group Lowe.

Moore this week joined Lowe's ten-strong global management team as deputy chief strategy officer worldwide. He said his brief is to accelerate the 're-engineering at Lowe to be media-neutral in its thinking'.

Moore joined WS two years ago. Last year he became senior V-P for strategy and creative across Interpublic's Constituency Management Group (CMG), which houses a number of firms including WS and Golin Harris.

WS said it is 'currently assessing' how to replace him. Moore now reports to Lowe's New York-based chief strategy officer Chris Chard.
