Getty briefs Bite on B2B campaign

Getty Images, the world’s biggest provider of stock photography, has hired Bite Communications to help boost the company’s reputation and lift sales.

Getty Images director of PR Alison Crombie said Bite's brief covered its four main business strands: editorial, advertising, film archive and film production.

Getty Images sells royalty and rights-managed pictures through its website, mainly to PROs and advertising firms. Bite was appointed last week to handle the B2B account, which is believed to be worth more than £100,000.

The agency's appointment follows Cohn & Wolfe's resignation from the account at the end of last year.
