TV firm RDF ends Finsbury account
RDF Media, the company behind Channel 4 TV series Wife Swap and Faking It, has dropped Finsbury and taken its financial comms in-house. The move follows last year’s flotation on the Alternative Investment Market.
The company said that following its successful entry to AIM it no longer needed a financial comms agency.
Since flotation last May, RDF's shares have climbed by more than 16 per cent.
But some market commentators have questioned whether there is a long-term future in the stock and the independent television production sector.
The commentators have highlighted the company's vulnerability if it were to lose key commissions.
