Speakers line up for ‘Hope’ event

New Statesman columnist Darcus Howe will be the keynote speaker at the CIPR’s ‘Rebuilding Hope’ conference next month.

Peace Centre founder Colin Parry, whose son Tim was killed in the IRA's 1993 bombing of Warrington, will also address the one-day event, which will discuss the role of PROs following the 7 July attacks in London.

Other speakers at the PRWeek-backed event, on 8 December in Leeds, include Cardiff City Council head of PR Robert Webb, whose
sister Laura died in the London bombings.
