Don't underestimate our potato campaign

I was glad to read that Vegetarian Society head of comms Liz O'Neill has increased her consumption of Jersey Royals ('Jersey Royals reaps bumper harvest,' 28 October).

But she is cynical about the reach of our campaign. The quoted 49 per cent of adults reached is based on Metrica research and takes into account cross-readership, not just the aggregation of readership figures.
