PR Office picks up Euston regen job

The PR Office is consulting Camden Council and representatives of those who live near Euston station on a major regeneration project planned for 2006.

It is working on behalf of Cardiff-based firm Sydney and London Properties, which owns 300,000 sq ft of offices adjacent to the railway station.

The PR Office will also contact local press, commuters' groups and representatives of the local Bangladeshi community.

Its brief is to ensure Sydney and London Properties' ownership of the site is widely known, and to communicate ideas for the development of the space.

Proposals so far include residential developments, retail opportunities and a temple or mosque.

The six-figure account was won following a three-way pitch.
