PCTs use toys to warn kids of flu

South East and South West Oxfordshire Primary Care Trusts are using fluffy toys to raise awareness of the dangers of flu for children.

The cuddly microbes are being given away via the local press and distributed through GPs' surgeries and school nurses.

The campaign focuses on young people whose immune systems have been affected by conditions such as asthma.

The PCTs want to tell parents that free flu vaccinations are available to children and are not just for the elderly.
