Director of press Ian Beaumont said chief executives signing up to the scheme would be Bowel Cancer UK 'champions'.
More than 35,000 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer every year, and the charity believes CEOs will know staff who have been
affected.
'The profile of bowel cancer has risen considerably,' said Beaumont. 'We need to take advantage of that.'
The charity recently launched its first campaign since its rebrand to BCUK (PRWeek, 7 October).
Bowel cancer made headlines last month when the Government announced plans to give the over-60s home-screening kits.
