Band & Brown in ‘events’ spin-off

Canadian marcoms group Cossette has spun off a ‘live events and media relations’ business from Band & Brown, the consumer and tech agency it acquired 13 months ago.

Called Brando, the new agency will be run by B&B board director Paul Lucas and associate director Mandy Sharp.

It will provide events, experiential marketing, media relations and product PR for ten FMCG clients of B&B's consumer division, including Sony Ericsson and Haribo.
