A focus will be the annual Enterprise Week, which runs from 14-20 November. Sputnik will also raise awareness of Seeda's facilities and encourage young people to take part in 'Make Your Mark – start talking ideas' through competitions and partnerships with groups such as Portsmouth Football Club. Seeda previously targeted youth via schools.
Sputnik plans to place young entrepreneurs' success stories in regional and national publications.
While levels of affluence and education in the South-East are higher than the national average, the region does have areas of economic
deprivation, such as the Kent coast.
The account, won following a six-way pitch, will be led by Sputnik director Lucy Hackett and will last a minimum of six months.
