The EUMC deal will see Consilia provide three years of strategic comms as the centre prepares to be transformed into the EU Fundamental Human Rights Agency. The change was mandated by the European Council two years ago, to make practicable the decrees of its Human Rights charter.
Consilia declined to reveal the fees attached to either account but said they were 'significant'.
The OHSA brief was won after a six-way pitch. EUMC would
not reveal how many agencies pitched for the account.
Both bodies report to the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
