The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry's annual conference is a two-day event taking place from 3-4 November in St Andrews, Scotland.
It will see seminars and keynote addresses on subjects that will also include the future of scientific innovation and the role of patients in managing their own care.
Separately, the PM Society's annual half-day conference will take place on the afternoon of 15 November at the Royal College of Nursing in London.
The event will see a panel of speakers discuss issues such as 'why the NHS is more likely to seek partners in a modernising NHS'.
Judy Willits, who runs her own eponymous consultancy, is to chair the PM Society event.
