iDVD maker Circle readies flotation
Circle, the interactive DVD video game developer and publisher led by Tomb Raider franchise creator Jeremy Heath-Smith, has hired Abchurch Communications ahead of its flotation on AIM next month.
The company hopes to exploit rapid growth in DVD games sales.
Circle has the exclusive rights to create and publish FIFA-licensed DVD games, such as a World Cup football trivia quiz. It is also in a joint venture with Now That's What I Call Music brand partners EMI and Universal Music to create a series of 'Now' iDVD titles.
The firm finished its second trading year this month with profits of £150,000.
