The agency is acting as the hospital's press office and is aiming to generate news stories. Trinity will train selected clinicians with the view to them acting as spokespeople. It will also promote the hospital's 'surgical expertise and patient care' and a new operating theatre set to open later this year, said agency managing partner Caroline Beswick.
Trinity was understood to have beaten Healthcare Solutions and Solaris in a three-way pitch.
The London Clinic was formerly promoted by Accountability PR, which worked for the hospital for more than a decade.
Trinity has been brought in during an ongoing restructure of The London Clinic's marketing team.
