A photo exhibition opens at the end of this month highlighting the National Trust's work protecting the British coastline. The photos, taken on NT properties by the Magnum agency and NT photographers Joe Cornish and David Noton (who snapped Cornish Engines, above, in Cornwall), will be on show at The Lowry gallery in Manchester until January. The Coast Exposed is part of the 40th anniversary of the Neptune Coastline Campaign, promoted through mailouts.
