'Sporting bleach-blond spiky hair, Tim joined Fishburn Hedges as our first researcher in 1997. Despite his relative youth, his enthusiasm, intellect and personality made him stand out.

'When he left in 2001 he was handling clients such as Unilever and the International Committee of the Red Cross. He also played a crucial role in winning Shell's corporate reputation brief - a huge coup for us.

'Tim always made us think harder about what we were doing - both internally, and when working for clients. His legacy of irreverence, mischievousness, energy, bad taste and appalling sense of humour has made FH a more enjoyable place to work.'
