'The moment I interviewed Camilla, when I was at Ketchum in the late 1990s, I knew she was going to be a great asset. Her confidence shone through from day one. She was a great communicator and listener, who would rather pick up the phone than email.
'She always pushed herself and wanted to learn new things. After a stint as an account executive at Shandwick, she headed off to join the European Society of Cardiology in France. At 24, she was not fazed at all by the fact she would be moving to a different country and barely spoke the language.
'After five years she is now back in the UK, as confident and fearless as ever.'
Camilla is now a director in Burson-Marsteller's UK healthcare division.
