Public Sector: Paper plane reveals waste

The Government-funded Envirowise programme has built a 35ft model plane out of scrap paper to illustrate how much the average office worker uses each month.

The model was created by retained agency Harrison Cowley, appointed to handle trade and regional press relations in March. 'We are targeting office-based businesses to urge them to save paper,' said HC executive director Katy Cosh.

The plane is set to go on display at the Fairford Royal International Air Tattoo in Gloucestershire on 16 July.
