Clarion promotes Coors' C2 lager

Clarion Communications has won a brief to promote Coors Brewers' low-alcohol lager C2 to consumers.

The agency is briefed to target C2, the two per cent alcohol version of Carling, at men who want to pace themselves when drinking, such as at lunch time.

Clarion was hired after a three-way pitch and effectively replaces The Fish Can Sing, which ceased to work for Coors in March and handled project work surrounding C2's launch.

Clarion's campaign will include guerrilla marketing.
