Chelsea hospitality drive

Chelsea Football Club has appointed Davies Tanner to promote its corporate hospitality offering.

The Premiership club is scrapping the Chelsea Village name from its off-the-field activities, choosing to market them under the main brand.

Chelsea is bidding to lure more blue-chip clients to its four-star Chelsea Village hotel - renamed The Hotel at Chelsea from 1 August - as well as its 21 conference rooms, health club and spa.

Davies Tanner won the account in a three-way pitch. Incumbent KTB PR & Event Management was not invited to take part.
