Premier Media Group, which broadcasts Premier Christian Radio, will give the campaign editorial coverage and free advertising.
The station will highlight the 'real-life stories' of children who were forced onto the street after being thrown out of their home.
'We'll be asking listeners to put their faith into action by pledging their support,' said The Children's Society CEO Bob Reitemeier.
'The partnership will expand our Christian support base,' he added.
Presenters will broadcast live from the charity's Costa Rica Trek, San Francisco Walk and Santiago Compostela Pilgrimage in 2006.
